Yes,sadly,that episode never got produced.
The episode was one of the first R&S episodes ever written !

Well,it's simple,Nick hated George Liquor !!! So,when Nick fired John,they give the rights of the character to John K.

Of course,there's Harris Peet (aka Muddy Mudskipper,The Fire Cheif,etc...),the late Mike Pataki (aka George Liquor,Satan in Sven Hoek)
